Bangsaray is located in the Eastern Seaboard area, a special development zone defined by the Thai government.
Major investment into the area’s infrastructure is ongoing. A new section of the Motorway from Bangkok has just been opened and now reaches Utapao Airport. Traffic does not have to go through the Pattaya bottleneck anymore.
Utapao Airport is being upgraded to become the third International Airport of the greater Bangkok Area with more and more international connections.
In the near future, a high speed railway will link the three Airports Suvarnabhumi, Don Muang and Utapao. Pattaya and Bangsaray will then be reached from Bangkok in about an hour.
All these developments mean that the Eastern Seaboard will rapidly develop and prosper in the next years, making it a preferred area for investors and real estate buyers.
